Christmas Day!

I love this picture...and the next...and them all. My parents made a last minute decision to travel to Paso to spend Christmas with us. All of the adults woke up quite early, before dawn, and Tony made the comment "I think we are the only family who is waiting for their kids to wake up on Christmas morning." Jayden came out and saw his first ever big-boy bike and gasped "I have a big boy bike? Can I open presents now?" Noise filled the Jelso house immediately with the new vacuums, the tinker toy container used as a drum, and Tanner's tantrums, of course. It was a great day with lots of food, reminders from Jayden that it was Jesus' birthday, and bike rides/walks around the block. The day ended with the Christmas Story read by daddy from the bible. What a blessing to have Christ as our Savior. My hope and prayer is that we remember to celebrate Him everyday...like He deserves.

Tanner thought this was so funny!

Not many laughs here, though.

Hannah, this one is for you.

The gift Jayden got most excited about...yes, a vacuum. Priceless pose...I giggle everytime.
